Payment details
Your booking is not confirmed until a 30% deposit is made. Deposit payment can be made via internet banking, cheque or by credit card.
Internet banking: 06 0689 0283206 00 Use your booking reference number along with arrival date (e.g. 11 03).
Cheque: Please make cheque payable to TORATORA and send to postal address above.
Credit card: Balance of payment can be made on night of arrival. Please bring cash, cheque or credit card details. GST receipt is available on request.
Cancellation and refund Policy
TORATORA reserves the right to cancel a booking in extreme conditions when Mother Nature dictates and safety is compromised. An alternative date can be arranged or a full refund given. A full refund will be made when at least 10 days notice is given. The deposit is non-refundable if less than 10 days notice is given.
AT TORATORA THERE IS NO DISCRIMINATION AGAINST CUSTOMERS, EXCEPT WHERE HEALTH AND SAFETY WOULD BE COMPROMISED.
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL
NB: Private off road parking is available for cars, boats, camper vans and motorbikes.
