TORA OUTSTATION - historic, peaceful farm cottage, self-contained Wairarapa accommodation
Enchanting 100 year old villa steeped in history.
Kitchen facilities include fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric beater, coffee plungers, teapots, toasters, large zip for hot water, kettles and all standard kitchen equipment required for up to 14 people. Tea coffee and sugar supplied.
Bathroom facilities include 2 separate bathrooms (including 2 toilets, old claw-foot bath & 2 showers). Toilet-paper supplied

• Large deck with picnic tables to seat 14 people
• BBQ and bbq tools
• Umbrellas
Bedrooms:
• Four bedrooms each sleeping up to 4 people.
• 2 Bedrooms with 4 single beds in each
• 1 Bedroom with double bed and set of single bunks
• 1 Bedroom with queen bed and 2 singles.
Linen:
• All linen supplied except bath and beach towels.
Dining/Sitting room:
• Dining room table which seats 12 comfortably. Large table, candle holders and candles. Cosy couches and armchairs. Log-fire (firewood supplied).
• TV and DVD player available on request.

• An optional 3½ hour farm walk.
• Tora Beach – (7 minute drive) awesome surf breaks, unpopulated beaches, seals basking on spectacular rock formations. Tora Beach has a reputation for rugged beauty and fantastic fishing.
• White Rock beach – (30 minute drive) A massive white rock and isolated spectacular beach as far as the eye can see.
